Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VOID Reviews website and services. VOID Reviews is a service operated by ANTARES ONE LLC, 5923 Ravenswood Road, Unit G4, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, USA ("VOID", "we", "us"). By requesting an assessment or using our services you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
We review Google Maps reviews on your business profile that you ask us about and, where we accept the work, prepare and submit requests to Google to remove reviews. Google alone decides whether a review is removed. We do not work for Google, cannot control its decisions and do not guarantee that any review will be removed.
2. Who can use the service
Our services are for businesses. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you own the business profile concerned or are authorized to act on behalf of its owner.
3. Your responsibilities
- You will give us accurate and complete information about your business and the reviews concerned.
- You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the reviews you ask us to address are false, misleading, spam, posted by someone with a conflict of interest, or otherwise in breach of Google's policies or applicable law.
- You will not use our services to harass reviewers or to retaliate against customers.
We may decline or stop work on any review at our discretion. We never need access to your Google account.
4. Free assessment
The initial review check is free and does not oblige you to use our services. After the assessment we tell you the price before any work starts.
5. Fees and payment
- You pay only for reviews that are removed. If a review is not removed, you owe nothing for it. We do not take upfront payments or deposits.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, our standard price is $199 per removed review posted less than 30 days ago and $299 per removed review posted 30 or more days ago. A 10% discount applies to orders of 2–4 reviews and a 15% discount to orders of 5 or more reviews.
- A review is considered removed when it is no longer publicly visible on your Google business profile. We send you confirmation and an invoice after removal.
- Invoices are due within 48 hours unless the invoice states otherwise. Accepted payment methods are listed on each invoice.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, bank or transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
6. 30-day guarantee
If a removed review reappears within 30 days, we will request its removal again at no cost or refund the amount you paid for it, as described in our Guarantee & Refund Policy.
7. Payment disputes
If you have any concern about an invoice or a result, please contact us first at hello@voidreviews.com so we can resolve it quickly. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer for a service you received and approved, we may provide the dispute provider with records of our work, our communications and these Terms, and we may pursue amounts that remain unpaid.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business details and our work for you confidential and do not disclose that you are our client, except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
9. No affiliation with Google
VOID Reviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google" and "Google Maps" are trademarks of Google LLC.
10. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Guarantee & Refund Policy, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results described on our website, including success rates and timeframes, are typical estimates and not promises.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to a review is limited to the amount you paid us for that review.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or from your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you request an assessment applies to that request.
