Guarantee & Refund Policy
VOID Reviews works on a pay-after-results basis. This policy explains what happens if a review is not removed or comes back.
1. No removal, no payment
We never take upfront payments or deposits. If a review is not removed, you pay nothing for it, so there is nothing to refund.
2. 30-day guarantee
Our guarantee lasts 30 days from the date we confirm a removal to you. If the same review becomes publicly visible again on your Google business profile during this period, you can choose one of the following:
- Free re-removal: we submit new removal requests for that review at no additional cost; or
- Refund: we refund the amount you paid for that review.
If you choose re-removal and the review is not removed again within 30 days of your claim, you may still ask for a refund.
3. What the guarantee covers
- The same review being restored by Google, including after an appeal by its author.
- The same author reposting substantially the same review on your profile within the 30-day period.
The guarantee does not cover new reviews with different content, reviews you did not order us to remove, or changes caused by the suspension, merger or deletion of your business profile.
4. How to make a claim
Email hello@voidreviews.com within the 30-day period with your business name and a link or screenshot of the review. We confirm your claim within 2 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days, using the same method you used to pay where possible. We do not charge any fee for refunds.
